Unser erstes Produkt: Kaepsi

Kaepsi ist eine innovative App für Handwerker und alle, die mit ihren Händen arbeiten. Mit Kaepsi können Kleinunternehmen (1-5 Personen) ganz einfach Rechnungen und Angebote erstellen – direkt über WhatsApp.

Einfach eine Sprachnachricht senden: "Ich brauche eine Rechnung für XYZ" – und Kaepsi erledigt den Rest.

ZUGFeRD, XRechnung, automatische Mahnungen und optional: Versand per Post.

Who we are

saar studio is a young product studio specializing in digital solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. We believe that modern technology should be simple and accessible – for everyone.

Our first product: Kaepsi

Kaepsi is an innovative app for craftspeople and everyone who works with their hands. With Kaepsi, small businesses (1-5 people) can easily create invoices and quotes – directly via WhatsApp.

📱 WhatsApp Integration

Simply send a voice message: "I need an invoice for XYZ" – and Kaepsi takes care of the rest.

📄 Modern Standards

ZUGFeRD, XRechnung, automatic reminders, and optionally: postal delivery service.

⏱️ Time tracking & more

Coming soon: time tracking, service reports with photos, and digital signatures.
